Guillaume Queron doesn't just make wine; he breathes it. Born into a lineage of French vintners, his journey began in the prestigious vineyards of France, later solidifying his expertise at the Institut Rural de Vayres with a focus on the Technics & Trade of Wine and Spirits.

With 24 years of mastery in the heart of Bordeaux, Guillaume refined his craft at Château Villa Mongiron. Most notably, he emerged as a protégé of the legendary Jean-Luc Thunevin—the "Bad Boy" of Saint-Émilion and the father of the Garage Wine movement. Under Thunevin’s mentorship, Guillaume learned to challenge conventions, focusing on meticulous quality and bold innovation over rigid tradition.
