  • Black Velvet (750 ml)
    Vinification:
    The grapes are destemmed, crushed and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks for 3 days before being gently pressed off skins. Upon completion of fermentation, the wine is further kept in contact with French oak before being stabilized, clarified and bottled. All our red wines are subsequently bottle aged in our temperature controlled cellar and are best enjoyed upon release.

    Winemaker’s note:
    Brilliant dark ruby red tones with a bouquet of ripe berry fruits, plums, roasted oak and a hint of nutmeg. Light bodied with a savory palate and long spicy fruit flavors. An easy drinking red style ready to be enjoyed now over a large range of Asian cuisine. Designed for a short cellaring and at its best when served slightly chilled.

  • White Velvet
    Vinification:
    The grapes are destemmed, crushed and rapidly chilled before being gently pressed of skin. The clear white juice is cold fermented in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks. The new wine is then stabilized, clarified and bottled without delay. A fruity style to be enjoyed young but with ageing more compexity and perfumed aromas will develop.

    Winemaker’s note:
    Green gold in colour with distinctive rose petals, melon and star fruit aromas. Fresh and zesty palate with subtle essences of musk and tropical fruit. A lively fruity dry white style well suited on its own or with spicy grilled seafood, beautiful curry and creamy dessert. Must be served very chilled.
  • Pink Blossom
    Vinification:
    The grapes are destemmed, crushed and spend a short period of maceration on skins before being gently pressed off. The pink juice is cold fermented in stainless steel tanks for a week. The resulting wine is then stabilized, clarified and bottled without delay. Rose style wines are best enjoyed upon release.

    Winemaker’s note:
    Brilliant cerise tones with an abundance of fresh berry fruits, lychee and guava aromas. Generous and persistent exotic fruit character on the palate with refreshing crisp finish. An aromatic rose style which will suit any menu and a great choice as an aperitif. Designed to be enjoyed young and at its best when served chilled.
  • Reserve Red
    Vinification:
    The grapes are destemmed, crushed and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks for 3 days before being gently pressed off skins. Upon completion of fermentation, the wine is further kept in contact with French oak before being stabilized, clarified and bottled. All our red wines are subsequently bottle aged in our temperature controlled cellar and are best enjoyed upon release.

    Winemaker’s note:
    Brilliant deep cardinal red tones with a bouquet of ripe cherries, raisins, dark chocolate with a hint of pimento and clove. A full bodied and fleshy palate with lingering flavors of berries and cedary oak. A well structured red style that will compliment saucy dark meat as well as tomato based vegetarian dishes.
  • Ludisia
    Vinification:
    For our Signature Range, only the best red wines made from grapes grown in the dry season are considered for blending. The key criteria in the selection process are softness and depth of fruit flavors. The wine is further age in 500 ml bottles to add complexity before being released for your appreciation.

    Sweet red style”
    Winemaker’s note:
    Brilliant dark crimson red tones with a rich bouquet of apricot, chocolate and cinnamon. A soft and delicate medium bodied palate with a hint of orange peel. Warm and luscious finish that will accompany a wide variety of dishes ranging from red meat served with creamy sauces to desserts. The wine can be served slightly chilled or at room temperature.
  • Moscato d'Bali
    Vinification:
    Muscat grapes were processed and a portion of it was kept as juice while the remaining went through fermentation to become wine. Natural effervescence was retained and both parts were later reunited to give a fruity sweet wine low alcohol and sparkling sensation.

    Winemaker’s note:
    Paddy straw colour with persistant fine bubbles. Scents of white flowers with mango overtones and a zest of lemon rind. Fragrant fruity palate with moderate alcohol and lively refreshing effervescence. Perfect for those who like sweet bubbles and suitable for all occasions. A must with vanilla coated mango mousse and to be served very chilled.
